On completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
The carbon offsets will be retired on their respective registries within 28 business days and a certificate will be returned to you detailing the specific project and total tonnage of carbon offsets you have purchased.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase, to cancel your order, this must be done in writing and sent to info@5DNetZero.co.uk.
